A vintage vibrating belt exercise machine. Pee-wee would sometimes get on him, activate him, then be unable to move or, in some cases, become very dizzy. In The Cowboy and the Cowntess, Conky rescued Herman from the Exercise Belt.
In Store, Herman let Rene use the Belt that morning, but he didn't want to turn the belt mechanisms off until she screamed at him to do so.
The belt was only used for the first two seasons of the show.
