Dr. Jinga Janga is a genie doctor who has a brown mustache and wears a big pink-and-orange turban, a black bow tie, a teal shirt, a diamond-pattern coat, striped pants, and brown shoes.

- The character resembles Sir Ector from Disney's The Sword in the Stone, who was also played by Bernard Fox. Additionally, the character is an homage to Dr. Bombay from Bewitched, also played by Fox.
