Dr. Jinga Janga is a genie doctor who has a brown mustache and wears a big pink-and-orange turban, a black bow tie, a teal shirt, a diamond-pattern coat, striped pants, and brown shoes.

- The character resembles Sir Ector from The Sword in the Stone, who was also played by Bernard Fox. Additionally, the character is an homage to Dr. Bombay from Bewitched.
