A life-sized, talking cow that spoke in an elegant accent. One time she told Herman she was going to see a National Geographic special about India, as cows are revered there. Another time she offered to be Cowboy Curtis' date, rehearsing before his real date with Miss Yvonne, as Cowboy Curtis was intimidated by the fairer sex.
She tends to wear cowbells as an accessory akin to jewelry, and regularly uses cow-related puns (i.e. placing the phrase "Moo" into the words "move", "mood", "marvelous", etc.) in her casual speech.
Another episode revealed that she was attending a tea party with several other elegant farm animals.
