A yellow and red clock shaped like a map of the United States; he often introduced cartoons and sometimes "Penny" cartoons and the like by asking Pee-wee "Do you know what time it is?... It's time for a cartoon (etc.)!." He originated in the HBO special acting in a similar manner, but this time voiced by a woman. He has never stated the actual time itself, but he can speed up time as shown in Spring and Fun,Fun,Fun. In The Pee-wee Herman Show, he takes Conky's place during a scene with Monsieur LeCroc where he also acts as a computer.
His first appearance was in Open House, where it was revealed that Pee-Wee ordered him from a pre-Amazon.com (before online shopping) wacky clock warehouse.
However in Camping Out After Allegretto sequence, Clocky tells Pee-Wee that it's showtime. He also said that it's time to get up and sparkle. he replaced the toy shelf in season 1
Voiced by Kevin Carlson on Pee-Wee's Playhouse; he was voiced by Josh Meyers on The Pee-Wee Herman Show when it did its 2009-2010 theatrical run.
